When looking through some issues of "Low Power Community TV" on the "World Radio History" website, I came across a TV schedule from W51AF, Ch. 51 in LaSalle, IL, back when they were an local independent TV station. Within, at least, a few years, they became a translator for WCFC-TV, Ch. 38 in Chicago, IL.
