I am guessing that WAPT is not airing Wheel of Fortune & Jeopardy! back-to-back anymore.

Nope not anymore, that's because WAPT 16 still carries Wheel of Fortune, but it airs weeknights at 6:30pm, but Jeopardy! however now airs on WLBT 3, weekdays at 3:30pm

It was a weird situation at WAPT a few years ago. Jeopardy ran on WAPT at 4:30 pm for years. Suddenly, Judy Judy got a double run at 4 (original time slot) & 4:30 pm. Jeopardy spent the next two or three years in the 12:15 am (or 1:15) time slot. I guess when the contract was up for renewal, WLBT jumped at the chance to get Jeopardy and did. I maybe a little fuzzy on the number of years in the late hours.
Jeopardy runs as anabate123 said on WLBT 3 at 11"30 am (repeat) and 3:30 pm (new).
