Not from DC, but an educated guess (also based on a Radio-Info Search)..It sounds like Station Exchange..A series that appeared to be on NBC O&O's..Perhaps News stories shared among the NBC stations or something along the lines of what used to be called "Education Exchange". Or like Sunrise/Summer Semester..Two other threads make mention of "Station Exchange"..leach from July 18, 2004 (Washington/Hagerstown, Md.-May 8, 1973) and my thread on November 12, 2004 (Cleveland Daytime TV October 8-12, 1973)
