3:30 Lee Phillip
...as his NBC talk show had been canceled in March 1963 and his Westinghouse show was over a year into the future, I'm assuming that all these Merv Griffin NBC listings are actually for Word For Word, which he hosted. And also interested to see all these Lee Phillip listings, especially the one for NBC affil KMTV. Was her show actually syndicated, or was it officially a CBS offering (she originated at CBS O&O WBBM-TV/2 Chicago) and KMTV picked it up after WOW-TV rejected it?...

The "Merv Griffin" listings would be for "Word For Word"; likewise,
"Impression" is the Bill Leyden-hosted "Your First Impression," which
aired on NBC at noon (ET)/11 AM (CT).

I pointed out on your other Western Iowa/Omaha thread that Lee
Phillip must have been quite popular in the Midwest (you sure couldn't
find her in the South). Her show was on CBS 4:30-4:45 (ET), but Omaha
wasn't the only city where she aired on a non-CBS affiliate; in Cincinnati
she was on WKRC (then ABC) on delay at 9:45 AM. (And as I've also
pointed out she was also Mrs. Bill Bell, co-creator of "The Young And The
Restless" and "The Bold And The Beautiful," the last remaining soaps on CBS.)

...Connie Szerszen (legendary "Top Rock Girlie Jock" for WIND Chicago in the '70s) tells me that Lee Phillip Bell is hands down the nicest person CS ever met in the broadcasting business...
