It is unusual to see how the Bold and the Beautiful at 1:30 pm was pre-empted with Superior Court.

B&B was in its first full season at this point; it replaced the soap opera Capitol several months back (March 1987). Because of that, CBS shifted around its afternoon schedule a bit, moving As the World Turns from 1:30pm ET/12:30pm CT/PT to 2pm ET/1pm CT/PT, and slotting Bold & the Beautiful as the lead-out to The Young & the Restless (in many markets).

B&B also had some clearance issues, as some CBS affiliates (such as WTVT in Tampa) pre-empted the show or aired it in late nights.

I do remember reading some of the west coast CBS stations didn't show B&B until the early to mid 90s because they had dropped the half hour dating back to Search for Tomorrow days and never showed Capitol.

So they replaced Card Sharks with High Rollers (w/ Wink Martindale). I remember that day when Mikhail Gorbachev arrived in Washington for his third summit meeting with President Reagan. I watched it on NBC in California during the Today Show's slot, so chances are that those morning game shows were pre-empted by CBS News coverage of that.
