I think this was the last day of the week with Constance McCashin (of "Knots Landing") and Edwin Newman, because the original last day (Friday, May 8) was pre-empted by Gary Hart announcing his withdrawal from the 1988 presidential campaign due to scandal (at least in the Eastern and Central time zones).

This was evidently after the time when WKBN stopped running movies in the afternoons
and joined the CBS soap opera feed.

Did anyone in Youngstown actually watch Pittsburgh's Channel 22?
It did put out 5 million watts back then, but I'd think having a local station on 21
would make that nearly impossible.
