Revenues continues to slip

Revenue continues to slip for WQYK FM down over 40 percent and FEB looks real bad. At some point I think Ed will have to step in and fix WQYK. It billed great for years but with digital starting to bite into every stations bottom line, the old staff way of thing must change to compete. Maybe the old WQYK dogs can’t learn new tricks.

I would bet that almost all of that 40% is due to the auto industry. WQYK was the leader in revenue 2 years ago and I know some AE's who had $60,000+ billing per month from one dealership alone. WQYK had the ability to attract all demos, 18-34, 25-54 etc. They had a wider variety of dealerships than most radio stations because they could attract everything from the Chevy dealer to the Lexus dealer.
What is the revenue decline for the other stations including CC and Cox?

WDUV has loads of advertising. Most seems to be "organizations " ready to protect the listeners' life savings.

Isn't it funny that revenes decline and that Mike Cullotta's the new op's manager for the CBS radio cluster...could it be that Mike has biten off more than he can chew? And with all the cuts that they made, they still can't make buget!! Sounds like someone doesn't know what they are doing. Maybe if they had concentred more on sales and less on killing the mule that plulls the plow, they might have been in a better spot!
