This is a translator originally for WTMT 105.9 ( The Mountain ) but now seems to be on its own ,can it be programmed this way ,without airing WTMT programming ? Since it is a translator for WTMT ?
 
It's an HD channel.

Quite a good one, as I recall. While I like my music softer (there's another HD channel with a translator at 97.3 that I enjoy) there were a lot of songs I remembered from when I was in college or the years after that.
