It's about time. The FCC should have done this a long time ago. RFB says that it will comply with FCC guidelines, but did the FCC not say to stop? Is RFB's continued broadcasting not a violation of FCC guidelines then? RFB needs to follow the same rules and procedures that "legal" broadcasters follow. I seem to recall that $$$ was one of the reasons RFB gave for not wanting to file with the FCC, not to mention the fact that it's probably run by a bunch of granola eating lefties from Brattleboro! There's a process for making a station "legal", why should RFB be allowed to ignore it? There's a right way to fight mass-consumption corporate radio, RFB's way is not the right way. I hope their lawyers are working pro-bono, because if you can't afford the costs involved with putting a legal radio station on the air, how can you possibly pay a lawyer? I'm no fan of the FCC, but it is what is. If you want to change it, write our reps in D.C.
