Seems like I posted some links to RFI information a few years ago....
I think these are different.
They are from the ARRL site, linking to a couple of books from the naval Post-graduate School, on Radio Frequency Interference Control, both on-site and off-site:

Anyway, some of the info is good for transmitter sites, as well as just "receiving" sites.
