RG Unannouced Vacation?

I thought the bathroom audio was a just a bit with Andrews and someone else playing the part of the Viva dudes. Wachs crossed the line to be sure, but legal action is a bit excessive.

10/20: Viva/Regular Guys lawsuit

I’ve finally received a copy of the lawsuit filed by the Viva morning show against Clear Channel and the Regular Guys regarding the bathroom bit the Regular Guys did. Since this is a lawsuit, my bosses want me to write a story about it and link it to this blog so that is forthcoming.
 
Starting to sound more and more like another 'extended vacation' is in the works...hope not.
 
Tha is quite surprising that they would file a lawsuit. I hope they have a good contract with Clear Channel because if not I would set them free at first opportunity. We all know the inter station pranks. I thought Barnes was ridiculous but at least I thought it had some merit with regards to lost royalties even if I doubt anyone was going to buy it. This is just schoolyard stuff.

Atlanta Radio is going to a slippery slope lately.
 
One would think that an effective CC management staff could have properly mediated an issue like the one described, before it hit Superior Court.

Two morning-team deejays at Viva 105.7 have sued their employer Clear Channel and 96rock's the Regular Guys over an alleged bathroom stunt targeted against them.

Both radio stations are owned by Clear Channel, the biggest radio company in the country with more than 1,200 stations. [EDIT]

Wachs updated his blog with a reference to being in trouble and a bathroom related story (sort of) . I guess that’s the best we’ll get while there’s pending litigation on the “Stallgate” crisis.

Will TRG show be back on the air Monday morning?

It’s another ‘worst of’ re-run on the air for Monday. Are TRG suspended for ‘x’ number of days? Are they suspended until the lawsuit is settled? Are they fired, again?

So let me get this straight.They get fired by CC and after a year of blogging and doing personal appearances they get re-hired by the same company that fired them.From what I've read on here they immediately act on the air like they don't want to be there.Now they mock personalities on another CC station in the same building and a lawsuit ensues against them and CC by 2 other CC djs.Now if they don't get back on the air I'm sure the peeps will track their every movement by their blogs.No wonder CC has to let so many people go in other markets.How else can they keep a few select spoiled brats on the payroll.There's a line in Midnight In The Garden Of Good And Evil about Savannah being Gone With The Wind on mescaline.WRONG CITY.

What I'd like to know is if the R Guys file a countersuit will Yogi & Panda be suspended?
