Very true!! Some people think just because the ratings are out and you did good that you can slack off a little, etc. Always work twice as hard to maintain your spot because it can be taken from you as quickly as you got it...then you won't know what just hit you. Working in the RGV I saw it. Even in the "offtime" work like you do when you're in the book.
