Rhythmic AC coming to Denver?

Anyone think that KMGG 97.3 will flip to rhythmic AC? It's owned by Clear Channel and not doing so well in the ratings. Clear Channel would be a fool to not flip it, am I not right? Lots of the Spanish stations in this market are not doing so well according to R&R's ratings and I would not be surprised if any of the lower-rating ones flipped.
