Rhythmics in tiny markets can be interesting...

They can and often must resort to being more loose and creative to address the market they are in. And since they aren't a massive company they have that freedom.

I recall a lot of that type of thing still up into the early 2000's in many places both large and small. The PD and management had more creative freedom and they used it.

I'm in a market that should at least have something for a Rhythmic (beyond our non profit Urban). But instead we have CHR Pop. Three of them. It's silly. I'm in a market that's well into the top 100 and growing. So good on this little market for having a more independent Rhythmic outlet.
