Folks, Has there been any progress towards these groups relaxing their fees or stringence for webcasting?

I know it's been like this for awhile, but I would think there would be some progression towards being able to webcast your own (IE: I Bought it from Best Buy for $15) music over the net for free or reasonable charges.

Try http://www.loudcity.net. They have very reasonable prices to do it legally.<P ID="signature">______________
