First day today sounded rough (as expected). Too much of the "oh my God, ha ha, we're doing a morning show and we don't know what we're doing" stuff.

Not a strong opening.

Anyone else hear it?
 
Didn't hear it - I have my own dog & pony show to run in the AM's...but I will say this - Mary Cenci is one of the best. She's a joy to listen to and work with, and is a top notch person.

The first day at any new job is tough. They'll get it.

I wish her, and the new Champ line-up only the best. New line-up...new mgmt...should build on something great!

By the way, I was glad to see Champ was back to it's old form in the UV with the 12+ #'s.

Rich Haskell is back on Champ? AWESOME. Always been one of my favorite Burlington radio people. I just saw the line-up photo of him on the Champ website...looks like a dead ringer for Phil Collins.

Give them some time, they will do well on the morning show.

I never got the chance to meet Mary, but Rich is one of the nicest guys on Earth. He has great stories, a wicked sense of humor and treats everyone well. Best of luck to the two of them.
 
She worked down in Keene and Mary was a doll to work with...only the best Mary! ;D
