Ok Legit! In the world of national syndication, Rick and Bubba are not even on the map! If they were, they would have major stations and tons of stations in the top 50 markets. They have 2? Atlanta and Nashville thats it. If there syndication people were to call a top 10 market they would be laughed at.
You said "It appears you're just overly biased against R&B." I am just speaking honestly about them. No biased. I even stated they used to be good and funny! I said they are on there way out. They are making bank, and they have been successful. There is no doubt in that. But I think you and a couple of people on this board are the biased ones. I don't look at them as religous heroes, like some of you do. I believe in God and I am a christian, but Rick and Bubba turn more people away from God than bring them to him.
I have had several run ins with the Rick and Bubba crew. Do you think a Christian who wants to spread the word should charge $15,000 an appearence??? So I am sure it all about spreading the good news! Show me some scripture that backs that! I just call it like I see it. A lot of Churches and Christians don't truly reach out to the lost like Jesus intened for us too. Rick and Bubba, like a lot of Christians just hang with Christians have Christian listeners and feel better about themselves by pointing out all the short comings of others. I guess when Rick and Bubba pick on gays(The American League as they call them) or make racist comments to fellow employees like Don Juan on the air (Who left them), I am sure Jesus Loves that!
If you are honest and take your bias out, you have to admit that Rick and Bubba are not who they once were. And they dod not do the Christian community or people who grew up in the south the best representation to the rest of the world, and it is not good radio anymore.
