Rick Dees on iHeart

I've seen complete AT 40 shows from the 70s and 80s on EBAY from time to time. Complete shows on a flash drive. Growing up I was more Team Casey than Team Rick. That said I will need to check out his old shows for my dose of vitamin N (nostalgia).
lol The funny thing is in my area, Rick Dees came on at 9AM on Sunday and by the time I either got home from Church or when I was an older kid I would sleep in till noon on Sundays and would always miss the first half but then Casey would still be on and I would catch that. Casey's entire catalog is available on ebay. I think it's like $500. At some point I plan on pulling the trigger. I have never seen Rick Dee collections and I am always buying Rick Dees vinyls off ebay. Just got an '84 last week that I have to rip.

I purchased the Casey harddrive many years ago and it has provided hours of delight. Make sure you get it through CharisMusicGroup, which is headed by Shannon Lynn. Shannon worked with then Clear Channel and Premiere as well as former staffers and the Kasem family as he remastered/restored the entire catalog for the 70s and 80s syndication package.

Was this available for purchase before or after his death?

Both. I believe I got mine in 2012, but not every show had been fully remastered at that point. Some of the 70s shows in particular are very rough LP transfers on what I have. Since then he has finished the library, and with the exception of the missing third hour of the second show and a few missing weeks of some of the AC/Hot AC spinoffs, the collection is 100% complete and remastered.
