Rick Dees

Has been told he must vacate Premiere Radio Networks in Sherman Oaks by the end of this week. He has yet to secure his own office space.

It will be interesting to see if they lock him out and remove his sign on Sepulveda.

Dees has been using their facilities by agreement if that is what you mean.

He was told months ago they wanted him out by the end of this year. But Dees is balking at the prices of office space he has seen. We'll see if they throw him out on the 31st or not.

I just don't get it. It's like his career has imploded in the last year or more. Was his show really starting to slump? What gives?

His Weekly top forty program has been distributed by Dail Global (x radio) for the past year. He must still have his office in their, premiere's, building. Something I find funny is when I go to the premiere ftp server to download American Top forty, The Rick Dees Folder is still right next to Ryan Seacrest. You would think they would have removed that by now since premiere has not syndicated the show in almost one year.

Has Dees gotten some really bad investment advice over the past couple of decades? How many millions of dollars has he blown if he can't afford to get himself some decent office space for his business ventures?

Or is he just being cheap???
