Great for Rick to be back on the air. But I really question the idea of Rick playing his standards on this station. You're trying to build a new brand and does "nostalgia" or even "Sunday Jazz" help you do this? Consistency is important.

I agree, Seltzer is right on the money. Rick may be ok if he leaves the "Big Bands" & "Old Standards" at home. If, however, he plays the late '50's and '60's as he has done the last few years on WDEA I'll continue to listen.
Reminds me of Bud Sawyer's ill-fated morning drive gig on WLOB back around 2001 or so. He played obscure standards in the morning and the station was talk the rest of the day.
