Rick Plessinger former owner of WOYS dies

After a long battle with cancer, Rick Plessinger Jr., former owner of Oyster Radio, WOYS in Apalachicola has died. No other details available at this time. His father, Richard Plessinger, started Oyster Radio many years ago.
 
Man. A name along the panhandle back when the dial was full of amazing names, talent and sounded great.
