Does anyone have any idea if KAST in Astoria has a contract with KOMO for weather? A couple weeks ago when I was down in that area, I happened to catch a weather report on KLMY and guess who was doing the weather? That's right, Rick VanCise. Speaking of him is he going to come back to this board?
 
RVC has been doing weather freelancing for years now. As to his return to the board - don't hold your breath.
