RICKDEES GETS A TATTOO

I thought Tattoo was placed back on Power 106? Also, where would his show be heard??
 
This guys is sad...the only reason he was hired in the first place, was so Emmis wouldnt get sued for letting the idiot get a "tatoo" on his forehead. And its even more sad that Dees actually hired him.
