He's right on many levels, and hes telling it like it is because he's really not a radio person, and sees flaws in the industry and aint scared to say it.

the ONLY thing that i have a problem with is non-radio folk, such as club DJ's, rappers, singers, and comedians and other non-radio folk getting radio jobs, when folks who in fact live FOR radio, ARE true radio people, dont get jobs.
