Right Place, Right Time

The Nurse and I wuz thinking that of all the over the air stations in the Valley, KTAR is in a great position. Coronavirus mania; an in your face election year; and talkers that now are aligned with what local listeners want. If it's a perfect storm, 92~Three is right in the middle of it.

Not really. Not if:

(1) it's on the weekend (and outside their broadcast day)
(2) beans and rice pays the bills

In theory, you're correct.

In actuality, 92.3 has shown itself to be ambivalent towards the news events that one would think they would be talking about. They're the "New Coke" of Phoenix broadcasting - one bad decision after another. There are co-eds in Scottsdale with better decision-making skills than TMISU.
