Rightie Talkers Look For Ratings Boost If Hillary Runs

>>Let's hope susceptibility to "brain washing" doesn't run in the family.

Ha! There you go. And if he's nominated, expect there to be some kidding about his Mormon faith:
Jay Leno would say, "I met Mitt Romney, very nice guy, and he also introduced me to his wives..."
etc.

Isn't it somewhat ironic?
He wants to legislative a traditional, mainstream view of marriage and belongs to a religious movement best known for an alternative view of marriage. ::)
Since he can't have multiple wives, he's not about to let gays get married.

Re: SERIOUSLY, about multiple wives...

How about Rudy Giuliani?

Could America elect someone twice-divorced?

How about Ronnie Reagan? America elected somebody once divorced. How many strikes are you allowed in politics?

Well, let's look to Wonder-Boy to find the answer to that one...

1) Whitewater
2) Juanita Broaddrick
3) Monica Lewinsky

...apparently 3 doesn't get you struck out!

As for Rudy, I'm not sure the conservative base is that much behind him. He's somewhat liberal on a few issues, and that's no secret. Though, again, if he were to win the party's candidacy, conservative talk radio would still have the "are the Dems a better alternative?" argument to fall back on.

That's a fair strategy to fill the time. It's not the kind of red meat needed to get really great ratings. Give the hosts a really good candidate to either support or oppose (it doesn't really matter), and listeners tune in news/talk radio. Give them boring, bland, middle-of-the road candidates, and some listeners switch to sports talk, or even music radio.
