Really sad to hear about this today (found the listing at ranker.com/list/celebrity-deaths-2013-famous-deaths-list/famous-celebrity-deaths-list). I always dug their big song ("I Touch Myself") and am still a little sad they weren't bigger in the US
 
They had quite a few great songs beyond "I touch Myself". My faves were "Boys In Town" and "Science Fiction" off the Desperate LP. RIP Chrissy. Those lips, those lips!
 
That is sad. I loved the Divinyls. They were great. Seen them on ( I think) The US festival in 83 or 84. Or at least a repeat of it. That one song did not make that band. They were very popular 8 years earlier.
