The great Eddy Arnold died this morning.The music world has lost one of the great voices ever.He put more songs on the country charts than anyone with something like 115 songs.Eddy was a truly great singer who also put 37 songs on the pop charts.He was 89.Another legend is gone.My two favorite Eddy Arnold songs Portrait of My Woman(1970) Cowboy(1976).I loved his music...

Eddy need a series of radio promos for WHIT, New Bern. This was 1968 with THE BIG wHIT, New Bern 1450 now WNOS. He was a class act. Shame the future owners tossed away just great calls wHIT.
