For all the First Media Rocky Mount employees past and present we have lost a valueble member Mr. Gordon Brunson. He was a really nice person and one who I had the pleasure of working with. It is a sad day in Ricky Mount. :'( :(

From Angel Howard our Administrative Asstant:
What a sad day for all of us here at First Media Radio in Rocky Mount. We have lost a legend and an icon. I ask that you keep Mr. Brunson's family in your thoughts and prayers as they suffer through the loss of such a wonderful man. I know that I speak for all of us when I say that we were all blessed to have known him and worked with him. He will missed by everyone here and he will never be forgotten.

What sad news about Mr. Brunson.I'm shocked. When John called me and told me
I couldn't believe it.Mr. Brunson was truly one of the nicest people I've ever worked with.I enjoyed talking with him when he was running a game or would just come by to visit.I guess I met him around 1990 when Gordon Finney had the stations.Mr. Brunson was a great man who always had a smile on his face.We would talk baseball, racing or just about what was happening in the world. My prayers are with his family and with everyone in Rocky Mt at First Media. John
please call me when you know the arrangements.Radio has lost a fine man.
I will never forget Mr. Brunson and I know he is in heaven..
