Jaan McCoy - long time radio broadcast personality - died yesterday of an apparent heart attack while on the air on his radio station 1400 AM - KGVL. It was completely sudden and unexpected. Details are sketchy at this time. McCoy, was primarily associated as the morning host and program director for KAAM 1310 AM, 620 AM, and 770 AM. He is survived by his wife, Becca, and his 6 children. My sympathies to them at this sad time for his family.
