The actor best known as Oscar Madison in ABC's The Odd Couple TV series, later as the titled medical examiner in NBC's Quincy, M.E., and a large resume of other roles in television, movies, and theater died today here in Los Angeles at age 90.

90 is a ripe old age for someone who had such a tough battle with cancer.

Been watching parts of it since late this morning. Love them all so far. Sad that a lot of the regulars are long gone: Gene Rayburn, Bret Somers, Charles Nelson Reilly, DebraLee Scott, Richard Dawson (this year).
