Ken Synesael a long time announcer at WACK in Newark passed away over the weekend of Lou Gehrig's disease. I had the privilege of working with Ken for many years and he was a consummate pro. He'll be missed

Survived by his wife, Susan Rentze Synesael; 2 stepchildren, Spring Hoteling & Jeremy Gokey; 2 sisters, Dorene Orbaker & Darlene Blamble; 4 brothers, Howard, Stephen, Dave & Doug; nieces, nephews, many friends. Ken worked for Wack radio in Newark for 20 years, & in radio in Geneva. He also worked for Wink TV in Ft. Myers & Royal Palm Press in Fla. In his earlier years, he worked at Mobil Chem. in Macedon. Ken loved music, he was a DJ, he loved people & they loved him.
