I am posting this on the radio side as he was also a major voice on WNAC 680.

He son was killed in a car crash a few weeks ago and I never put 2 and 2 together until now.

I recall recording the following day's announcements with him at WNAC. The announce booth always looked like someone set off a smoke grenade. He did have a great voice!

When Leif left WNEV-TV (formerly WNAC, now WHDH) he did voice-over work for us at WHRC-TV (Channel 46, now WWDP) for the year and a half we broadcast (1989-89). A unique voice indeed! I never had the chance to see the face behind that voice. RIP Mr. Jensen.
