It was fun while it lasted. You came to Seattle with a bunk time slot and made waves. I for one loved the show, it was a perfect way to fill the night. Still would listen but I cant handle this music, ITS HORRIBLE! So have fun at the butt rock station, you just lost a big fan of a once great show.

So let me get this straight. I've listened for 45 minutes of nothing but music. Now I know they do their 12 packs throughout the day, but are they really paying 3 people to sit in the studio in the afternoon and spin music for 4 hours?

SAY WORD!!!
this is the darkest day in Seattle radio history... starts with the buzz going country, then they toss us a bone and say that the bj and mens room are gona be on the butt rock station. now they get me to tune in to here miles and thrill and home-boy the ted smith, instead i get butt-rock and spin about how everything is gona be cool!

The guys worked 1 shift so far in a station and time slot they found out about at noon this very day and you are tossing them under the wheels of the bus already.

Like they said on the air this afternoon, give them a week to get settled into this new gig and figure out how they do what they do and still manage to play a song or two.

I don't think Entercom or KISW is going to pay three guys to push buttons and play music for 4 hours. They want them to do what it is they do, it is just going to take more than the first day to get that figured out.

I don't have any interest in the music so I'm going to be tuning out the second they hit the post. I was leary about making the investment into satelite, but now it's like I'm being pushed into it. I have an Ipod for the music I like, but I have to tune in to hear a personality. Entercom doesn't seem to understand that this was the great thing about the Buzz. Anyone know of a good midday show that is on the internet???

choices are slim... don and mike, put they do there johnny carson style vacations. Also, good points about music and talk radio. I dont know anyone who listens to music on the radio anymore.

I totally agree. The Men's Room was one of the best things on the radio, but I have no interest in listening to them spin up records.

If KISW lets them get back to doing what they do, then they'll be successful. If not, their hybrid show probably won't work due to the format.

I don't want to hear music, I want to hear the guys. Loyal KISW listeners don't want blab, they want music. I can't really see how this doesn't alienate former KQBZ and KISW listeners.

Hope The Men's Room finds a home somewhere doing things the way they want.

Same with Leykis, but he'll land a live clearance soon I'm sure.

I do hope they blow up KTTH, but then where would Medved syndicate from? :)
