RJ was a pioneer in 1962 with channel 17, Philadelphia's first UHF.

In 1992, he was pioneer with channel 7, Philadelphia's first low power.

Now today Digital channel 25on the air with a new tower from Chestnut Hill Sunday's at 4pm.

Plus, next week he will be the first to U-Stream this new station across the USA from Philadelphia.
