Ron Joseph RJ will pay tribute to the late Sally Starr who passed away this week.

Friday at 7 p.m. RJ will have a comprehensive story of Sally's life and is discussed by RJ and Sally together recorded at WNWR in 2006 on RJ's old radio talk show. We invite everyone to listen to this show this Friday evening on 92.1 FM, AND on http://tunein.com/radio/Cruisin-921-s23554/

I know this happened several weeks ago but someone hearing Cruising 92.1 for the first time on a late weekend night could tell that there is still some mourning going on over Salley Starr's death.

Also, from someone living outside of Philly and the Delaware Valley, I did not expect records that did not air anywhere else but Philadelphia. I was listening via internet and from someone who lives in Mississippi now and has listened to a lot of oldies stations throughout the south including the local oldies stations in my area, Cruising 92.1 is an oldies station like no other.
