Does anyone know who 'RKO's main voice-over guy is? I'm referring to the announcer heard in the Commonwealth Motors and the Belmont Medical Supply ads. I'm guessing it's Mike Siegel.

Not Dana Hersey. He used to be almost famous. Think he hosted a late night movie show. Heard his ego was bigger than his talent.
Thought it was Bill Smith for years..at times, WEEI's Pete Gustin

No, it's not Dana; I know his voice.
Dana does VO for Howie. He did so for years until 2012 when he was replaced by someone else. When Howie went independent, he brought back Dana.
Dana also hosts (an almost unlistenable) morning show on 104.9 WBOQ, Gloucester. Either that station has bad audio for its on-air mike circuit or they've got Dana in a wooden phone booth.
Nope, not Gustin, I know his voice as well. The VO announcer to whom I'm referring sounds like Mike Siegel, but it could be Bill Smith, except I don't know what Mr Smith sounds like. Got any clips? Would he be the same Bill Smith who once worked at both the (old) 103.3 WHTT and 100.7 WZLX back in the 80s?
Tried in vain to find clips of Smith promos,ads etc but I think he does Belmont Med Supply. The ad for them on youtube is not him.
One day I may try to grab bits of some WRKO I recorded in 03-04 on audiotape (Howie's tribute to Jerry; VB's last Howie &Pit shows; day after election
day 04) to see if he's on there. Smith may have been on WBOS as one host of Blues on Sunday (best known for being hosted by Holly Harris)

I went over to bostonradio.org and listened to all the WRKO IDs as well as a few WEEI IDs and I don't hear the voice about which I'm enquiring.
The newer Belmont Medical Supply ads - the earlier ones were done by "Sandy from the Howie Carr Show" - have a jungle as well as this announcer's voice. I'll check the one on YT.

Finally! It's been several years that I've been trying to establish the owner of that voice. As I said t'other night, I would've guessed Mike Siegel because they DO sound the same.
