RMT's first book

the first book of the newly created RMT market:

#1 WFXC-FM/WFXK-FM
#2 WRSV-FM
#3 WDWG-FM
#4 WQDR-FM
#5 WNCT-FM
#6 WQOK-FM
#7 WRDU-FM
#8 WERO-FM....

The rest of the book is the same, mostly ENC and RDU stations dividing up the meat with the occasional RMT station peeking through, I guess you know where you can find the numbers. RSV and DWG are the only two local stations that did really well. Power 95 did very poorly, and last I knew, they had live folks on the air. Quite a come down from the once mighty WKTC.

No doubt WNCT wouldn't have done this well two years ago.

Tough row to hoe!

Talk about a tricky market. Name another small market (#200+) with so many big sticks booming in from a Top 50 market--hell, with half of those Class C muthahs actually licensed to the SMALL market! RSV deserves applause for hanging close to FXC/FXK; DWG deserves big props for clipping the #1 station in that Top 50 market, QDR. It's one thing to have to compete with major market stations coming in faintly; it's another when you can pick 'em up on your toaster...
