Rob Jennings

I heard Rob Jennings will retire at the end of July. Has this happened yet? I know this is the radio section of radiodiscussions but WPVI was heard on 87.75 on the fm dial. I posted this question about Rob on the Philly TV section and no one replied. Can someone record his last show on video?

Per an article on philly.com, he's already retired. His last newscast was Sunday, July 21. His one minutes final thank you message was included in the philly.com article.

Who will replace Rob on the WPVI weekend newscasts?

Sadly, Ch 6 lost it's audio on FM when the HDTV mandate went through years ago.

Nitpick: Digital TV. Being digital does not require you to broadcast in HD. Most digital sub-carrier stations are SD.

However, you can now stream channel 6 from the Watch ABC app and Action News from the 6ABC app. I've put the app on while driving on my iPhone connected to the radio to listen to Action News (I don't watch it while driving).
