I got an email asking for Rob Landry's blog, but I guess it's more of a website. That particular email provider wouldn't take my reply, but the site is

http://www.hippogryph.com/forum

I wonder if he'll take down the site now that he's "out of the business".

I am not out of the business, but I am looking for work. My clients include WUMB, WCRI/WCNX, and the World Classical Network.

Was Rob working for WCRB up until Monday night?

What is he doing now?

Perhaps he can use his down time to track down the most legendary program not heard on Boston radio -- Ken Mayer's last taping for WUNR/WBOS. It was revealed after the death of Boston's Night Mayer that Kenny had been taping the show for the final few years, rather than doing live from the laundryroom in Newton, and he had taped a show (with "lots of comedy") but died between taping and broadcast. I think it was Mr Landry who brought to our attention somewhere in cyberspace that the tape of the final edition of The Most Relaxed Show In Town was last seen in a drawer at the 'BOS transmitter site. Maybe if they find Monique they'll find the tape

...Let's get off and running by telling you about Ken's,. Ken's at Copley, Ken's in the heart of Copley Square, Ken's directly across from the Sheraton Copley hotel...

...And, for the more sophisticated of the sippers, Yes-Ter-Day. That's the Kenmore Club complex, right inthe middle of all the action in Kenmore Square...

...I talked to my good friend Ben Sack...
