Been hearing some interesting stories about Rob Wagman and the way he deals with his air talent. What is this guy like to work with?

I wonder what kind of stories because I think he is probably one of the best out there at managing talent. In his airchek sessions (which he requires regularly) he is a fantastic communicator. He tells you how you can improve while complimenting you on your strengths. He works with his p/t talent like I've never seen. Whom ever told you anything bad about Rob Wagman and his managing abilities was way off. Chances are, if somebody has something negative to say about him they are disgruntled. He does not take excuses, being lied to, or bad attitudes. If you do your job with a little passion, a lot of accountability and honesty, you'll love working for Wagman. If you make excuses, are a gossiper, or not willing to sacrifice for the team, you'll hate working for him. I feel like I learn something new everyday working for him. He is fantastic and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

With all due respect, does that then mean you are biased since
you are currently working under his command? This is not a petty
attempt at controversy, just simply curious.
Thanks DZL,

The question was "...what's Wagman like to work with?" Should only ex-employees give their take? I am just giving you my read on the guy. I have worked for 8 PD's. I feel like I have had several "looks at the ball" so to speak. Rob is a pleasure to work for. If you ask somebody who was let go I'll bet you a hundred dollars they will say something different.

Any conversations I've had with him always come out well.
The disgruntled always have something negative to say.
Spin
Congrats to him on his new consulting gig.
