Robert Magruder, "Cheaters" narrator, died

From the Dallas Morning News Obituary (dated January 7, 2015):

Robert Olin Magruder

MAGRUDER, Robert Olin
Robert Olin Magruder, Bob to his friends, exited the stage January 2, aged 82. Born in Houston, he graduated University of Houston and served as an officer in the Navy during the Korean War. After writing for Armed Forces Radio, Bob established himself in the broadcast realm, as an on-air announcer, station manager and station owner. Mid-career, he quit the corporate world for full time acting and freelance voice announcing. He performed in feature films, national television, commercials, industrial films and was the long time narrator for the syndicated TV series "Cheaters."

Ken Eaken is the new narrator for "Cheaters."

Wow! Did not know that Robert was that old. He sounded good on Cheaters. Condolences to his family and friends.
