Robert Murphy signs off from WWWN

Well, Robert Murphy has now officially completed his two week stint on the new WWWN. He stated that "exciting new things" are coming to this station, so I'm guessing that we may see the new format come to fruition on Monday, just in time for the 105.9 FM flip to WBBM.

It will be interesting to see if this "stunt" has been a complete snow job to what the real format will be, or if they will just continue to evolve towards the expected news/talk format they have been talking about. But I think we have all learned to expect the unexpected from Randy Michaels, so who knows what we will wake up to next week.
 
Robert Murphy will be hosting mornings on 101.1 inside of 18 months, and that will be the first step in the stations transition to a hot ac format with news on the hour.

I really enjoyed Murphy in the morning and music. Wish 101.1 would of stayed that course! Little Chit Chat and AC music. But what the heck do I know! Just know a good cigar when I have one...lol

Bring back Murphy, Lujack & Winston. Now that is good radio.
