Robin and Maynard

Okay, now that the whole Buzz/Wolf/KISW/BJ thing has been cleared up, does anyone know what will happen to R&M? I listened on the way to work in the car and then on the stream. However it went dead at 9, about the time the automated countdown started over the air.

I really hope they don't go out like that. I have been listening to pretty much since they started together. I heard their last show on The X and even caught them on a Saturday or Sunday on KZOK warming up before they came back for real. I would like to say, I was never really happy with their fit on the Buzz. No chance they'll go back to Infinity, huh? I really can't imagine them on The Wolf.

Don your flamesuits!

As for Maynard I wish him well, as for Robin who really cares, as for the lawsuit and Robin I can't help wonder how much they played into the death of the Buzz?

But what is far more pressing is where is LEYKIS going? ... ?

I gotta agree with the last post - Maynard, I wish you well. Robin, you hartless biach! I grew up listening to them on the old KISW, then 96.5 X, and after that, I kinda figured they had become 'has-beens'

It really sorta pissed me off when Ron&Don got fired and they were the replacements. They were never really a good fit for the whole 'Radio for Guys' format anyway. Robin was always bitchin about something stupid that got her grannys all in a bunch!

I'm not one bit upset to see them go actually - I've been counting the days... it's just too bad it had to be like this. No more FM Talk for Seattle - It is truely a sad sad day.

I guess it's time to start listening to Air America all the time, even if it is on the AM dial. Maybe Infinity might consider putting together an FM Talk format on one of their stations that's not doing so hot...

Re: Don your flamesuits!

Well Robin signed her retirement check the moment she filed suit with Entercom she is done and heading the Montana to punch cows or doggies or whatever they punch out there.

Leykis I imagine will have plenty to say and I suggest listening to his stream today and catching it www.blowmeuptom.com if history hlds true he could pop-up on an AM station as he did in Portland recently.

Which Infinity FM station would be a prime candinate for FREE-FM? I don't see them dropping KZOK or KMPS. I'd put money on KBKS becoming "106.1 FREE-FM".
