My system! The reason for all those (city) (suburbs) (west) splits in the GRC system is that they still hadn't fully integrated the three separate systems that merged in 1984 - American in the city and Webster, People's in most of the other suburbs, Group W to the west in Brockport.
 
Also, a correction: 8 should be CBS and 10 NBC...the change occurred in 1989 (thought it was sometime in the early 90s...).
