Rochester Radio Market

If you work in the market I would like to know what the environment of the market is. From what I can see its basically split up in two between Entercom and Clear Channel and a few Independents. What is the job market like there? I have recently learned about the market history with Kodak and wanted more insite on Rochester. Thanks in advance to those who reply......
 
Job market is a lot like other small to medium markets - few programming jobs but lots of sales and PT positions. A couple of ex-air talents (including the one-time market ratings leader) are now in sales.

Entercom's current openings are at http://entercom.com/careers.php?marketid=16, and clearcareers.com has the Rochester cluster job openings.
