If any station on the Atl dial needs a change it is this one, if Dave is going to be happy with a 1.5 then so be it.. Hopefully they will put a HITS format on this good signal.. A signal that is better than most people realize.
 
1) Dave has a 1.9. 2) If Cumulus was going to flip 100.5 to classic hits, don't you think they would have done it when they put news on 106.7? Sorry, but nobody wants to put classic hits on the dial in Atlanta. Otherwise, they would have done it already. Have you thought about starting your own radio station?
 
I wouldn't rule out a return of traditional classic hits at some point entirely (although the prospects seems low currently), but it's not going to be on a Cumulus station. They could have put AGH on 97.9 even, but chose not to. Personally, I think AGH would have been more popular than Journey.
 
The grunge and 80s metal they've added it on Rock100 has given them a boost, i think.
