Rock 107's W-B translator location

I need to know where is the transmitter located for the Rock 107's 107.3 translator in downtown Wilkes-Barre? Checking the contour maps provided by the FCC and it says that it is believed to be located on State Street in back of the Citizen's Voice building.

If I am wrong, then anyone tell me where the transmitter is located? I can greatly hear their signal in the north end section of the city on all radios I own. However, on the Sunshine Market parking lot off of Route 315 in Plains Township, the signal is spotty on my Walkman.

At my current location both the Rock 107 W-B translator and WRKC are within the one mile radius from my home.

The rock107 WBarre translator is on the roof of the Citizen's Voice Building. It is very directional facing south-southeast. North of the Wyoming Valley mall both the WBarre and Scranton 107.3's interfere with each other. The WBarre translator is directional to protect the Scranton 107.3 from interference (Scranton existed first thus is provided the protection).

Darn; I didn't know that and I'm over there every day. Gotta look up once in a while.<P ID="signature">______________
