Rock 92.3

Okay guys!
You've gotta stop putting "Whispering Pete" on the air for shifts!
That may be okay during overnights or something, but during the day, on a big stick with a huge coverage area-it ain't cutting it! It kind of sounds like a real bad impersonation of an old AOR jock from the 70's. (A GOOD impersonation wouldn't be great)

I heard he was the news guy, and, if so, I've heard him do the news. He does a great job at that! The music on 92.3 is the reason I listen, but when he's on doing that low, whisper, AOR jock voice, it's nearly not worth it.
Occasionally, he slips into his regular voice during a shift, and that sounds fine, too!

Some of "The Glassman's" comments are entertaining, too, but God help us, turn the mic pot down and speak up. I mean no offense and I'm only one listener, but dude, if you're reading this...just be yourself! It sounds much better.
I know you're thinking, "Who is this guy! Does he think he's some sort of expert?"
Well...yes, actually. To some degree...I kind of am. (or WAS)

It reminds me of someone trying to do an impersonation of an old collegue of mine named Will Luther. When he did that, it was still cool-plus, that's the way he talked.
Does that name ring a bell with anyone out there?

Meep!

I heard this Glass fellow again this morning doing "The Big Show" News.

He really does a great job at that! Just do the shifts like that and he'd sound fine!

Glass was filling in for Gregg while he was at a "Spot Show" in Bowling green... Gregg's back now so don't worry...

LMAO I doubt seriously anyone was WORRIED! Especially about ME! ;)
