GOT SOMETHING TO SAY?
Got something to say but nowhere to say it? Rock 92 (Greensboro, NC, #45) is looking for the next great contemporary talk host (think Adam Carolla or Dennis Miller). If you can relate to the middle-aged guy who likes Skynyrd and Zeppelin but wants something different in the afternoon, you might be what we’re looking for. But if we need to tell you how to do this, you’re not right.

It's got Doug McKnight's tag on it, so send your sh*t to him. Does anyone think that an Adam Carolla type would work in PM drive in the GSO mkt? Or Dennis Miller? At long last, they've figured out the tunes are fried and they need to do something else besides go for a FIFTH Steve Miller cut.

Applicants should know that consultants will crawl right up your @$$ and live there for a solid year. After that, you got it made. Let's turn the clock back to '96 and line up the stand up comedians. Give 'em ALL a shot!

Oh..and it has to be in the upper 6 figures with all moving expenses and health insurance for my 4 ex-wives and 16 kids paid! Kepeesh!
 
They do have "bullet-resistant" glass. I had a tour of the building during construction. The locals were shooting out the windows for fun. The neighborhood has upgraded a bit since they first moved there.

wonder if that means Ronnie Alexander won't be coming back from maternity leave... that's pretty harsh.
 
Maybe Ronie will be shifted to miiddays...or maybe Rock 92 will break the law and get sued. Who knows?
 
Midday's for Ronie makes sense! Nothing against Weather Dave...he's a cool guy and good on the morning show, but is way too vanilla on the Midday shift. They should check in to Bob the Blade...I hear his contract might be expiring on the coast.... ;)
